Bonnie Z may occasionally run livestream events, giveaways, promotional offers, community games, member perks, or limited-time rewards connected to YouTube, Discord, livestreams, or the Bonnie Z community ecosystem.

By participating, you agree to the following:

Giveaways & Community Prizes

• Prize eligibility, redemption windows, and availability may vary depending on the event
• Digital discount codes and promotional rewards may expire if unused
• Shipping addresses provided by customers must be accurate and complete
• Bonnie Z – Happy Sales is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer
• Replacement prizes are not guaranteed unless required by Australian consumer law

Memberships & Community Access

Bonnie Z YouTube memberships may occasionally include community perks, bonus content, early access opportunities, or member-only experiences.

Membership benefits may change, pause, or be removed at any time without notice.

Community Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke promotional access, remove community participation, or cancel involvement in events or promotions where users:
• engage in harassment, abuse, fraud, impersonation, or disruptive behaviour
• misuse promotional systems
• violate platform rules or Australian law

Digital Products

All digital products, ebooks, downloadable resources, and digital content purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
