Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order once the return is approved.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook, downloadable, and digital purchases are final.
No refunds will be provided on digital products once purchased.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under EU consumer protection laws.
Refund Timing
